Photo 27 May So I got to see Margot and the Nuclear So and So’s for the third time in concert last night at the Crescent Ballroom, and it was, of course, incredible.  Excuse my terrible picture quality, and the stupidity of not bringing a sufficient camera with me.  It was the perfect night to end junior year with, as my favorite band captured my heart once again, and I enjoyed a pleasant run to in-n-out at 1am after the show with Molly.  I love these guys so much, give them a listen if you’ve never heard of them.  I assure you, that a vehement passion for them will soon develop.

Photo 22 May 44 notes leadingtone:

Brahms photographed with Johann Strauss, Sohn in Vienna. Once, to a female friend, Brahms inscribed on a napkin a few bars of the first strain of “On the Beautiful Blue Danube” with the lament “Alas, not by Brahms!”
Strauss was eight years older than Brahms, though here he shows his age much the less.
